  They answer their phones! Unlike the 3 other plumbers I called first who not only don't answer their phones but don't return messages either, Trio has a real live person that answers their phones during normal business hours. My request was forwarded to their service plumber, who contacted me back in just a couple hours and was available within 2 days, for a non-emergency service. A second call was necessary to address a secondary issue. Nick responded to my texts (on a Sunday!) went out the next day, isolated the problem, had to get a part, and had it fixed by Tuesday. Excellent service, very fair and reasonable prices. I was concerned by the other reviews, but Trio was recommended by my realtor who had previous experience with them for another client.
